Cancellation policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2016
At FunChem, we understand that plans may change. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible. Please review the policy below before requesting an order cancellation.
Cancel Within 1 Hour
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed through your FunChem customer account.
To cancel your order:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Orders.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel Order.
- Select a cancellation reason.
- Submit your request.
If your order has not yet entered processing, the cancellation will generally be completed automatically, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, the Cancel Order option may no longer be available in your customer account.
Cancel After 1 Hour
If more than 1 hour has passed since your order was placed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@funchem.store.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel your order before it enters fulfillment. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Orders that have already been processed, packed, shipped, or transferred to a shipping carrier cannot be canceled. If eligible, they may instead be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Custom Products
Orders for custom-built, made-to-order, personalized, or specially manufactured products cannot be canceled once production has commenced, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Bulk Orders
Cancellation of bulk purchases is subject to the production status of the order and any written agreement between FunChem and the customer.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If cancellation is requested after shipment, any applicable return shipping charges, restocking fees, or other charges may apply in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, FunChem reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, or violations of our Terms of Service.
If an order is canceled by FunChem for these reasons, the customer will generally receive a full refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
