At FunChem, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Cancel Within 1 Hour

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of being placed.

To cancel your order:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Go to Orders and select the order you wish to cancel.

  • Click Cancel, choose a cancellation reason, and submit your request.

Cancel After 1 Hour

If more than 1 hour has passed since your order was placed, please contact us at support@funchem.store to request a cancellation.

Please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.
